Candor Capital is a boutique financial services firm providing services including but not limited to wealth management, mutual fund distribution, risk advisory, corporate insurances, financial consulting, management consulting, and transaction advisory services.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by Candor Capital in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right, power or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right, power or remedy.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents or terms expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Candor Capital in relation to your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to such use.
